The owner of the company where I work has installed msn spy software on his PC. If the PC that I use was his that would be fine, but I provide my own PC and do not feel in that case he has a right to see it. Is there a way to block him from this?

This is a difficult one. He has the right to be aware of your work at the office. But the fact that it is your PC creates a possible conflict. But you may risk the job to uninstall the software. Maybe you need legal advice here.

You means if i still want to work in here, maybe i should compromise
trying the direct route is very difficult to me

It doesn't help you at this point in time, but there's actually a Supreme Court case about employee privacy.

In any case, the easiest solution for you right now is to make a deal with your employer even if that's difficult for you.
