The owner of the company where I work has installed msn spy software on his PC. If the PC that I use was his that would be fine, but I provide my own PC and do not feel in that case he has a right to see it. Is there a way to block him from this?
This is a difficult one. He has the right to be aware of your work at the office. But the fact that it is your PC creates a possible conflict. But you may risk the job to uninstall the software. Maybe you need legal advice here.

If it's on company time it's a gray area. How about trying the direct route and working a compromise? Maybe set aside time where the spyware is disabled.
