Redistributing TNOL

Just wondering: Would it be kosher for a listener of the podcast version of your show to edit it (removing section breaks and tightening up silent pauses) and make it available for other listeners? Or would you, or the radio network, have problems with this? Here’s an example of what I mean.

But what about uninvolved listeners taking it upon themselves to do so? Because it sounded like you may have misunderstood me to be suggesting you do it. But to be safe, I removed the link from my first post.

You can do whatever you want for yourself, but as soon as you want to distribute the show to others, the network is going to be involved, since that involves their rights to the show. I wish it were otherwise.
