Sound Quality

Which has better sound quality MP3 or AAC?

First of all: It highly depends on encoding-Bitrate but for the same bitrate, AAC is better.
AAC is 10 years younger than MP3 and profits from the "lessons learned" from MP3.
That said, you will only get to hear the difference at higher bitrates if your hearing is damaged: MP3 is optimized for a normal hearing person and performs "well enough" for that use-case.

Either way, when you get to 256K and 320K bitrates, the chances of hearing provable differences compared to a CD or lossless file are slim to none in a double-blind listening test.
