I want to play my dvd movies on Microsoft surface tablet. One of my friends recommended Handbrake to me. To my disappointment, it works unstably; more badly, there is some chopping of the output video, which was very disappointing for watching movies. I want to find other app working well without such problems; do you give me some suggestion? (I hope the app would be free)

Both Mactheripper and MacX DVD Ripper Pro are free and good. It is said that MacX DVD Ripper Pro has been updated with more functions. You can try and then make your decision.
