Great roundtable topic:'Net Neutrality & Internet "pipes" ;)

I really enjoyed the David Biedny Zone in which Gene and David discussed the "'Net Neutrality" issue and the "Internet Pipes" analogy.
If you haven't done this topic as a roundtable issue I think this would be a great one to throw out there to see what your friends and experts think about this and the future of the "pipe(s)" and the 'Net Neutrality issue.

It's an important subject, but it doesn't seem to be catching on as a huge political issue -- at last not yet.
